Peak Rush — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Peak Rush (“the app”) is a mobile game developed by Harun Badem (“we”). This policy explains what information the app processes, why, and what your rights are.

In short: your game progress is stored on your device. The app shows ads, served by Google AdMob, which collects some information from your device for advertising. Optional in-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store. For the online leaderboard and friends features, your nickname, scores and friend connections are stored in Google Firebase. You don’t need an account, and we never collect your real name, email address or card details.

1. Information stored on your device

So you can pick up where you left off, the following is kept only in your device’s local storage:

Apart from the leaderboard and friends information described in section 3, this information is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect the following from your device:

This data is processed by Google under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from partner apps.

Your consent: users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see Google’s consent form when they first open the app. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy options. If you decline personalised ads, ads are still shown but aren’t chosen based on your interests.

Rewarded ads: you only watch rewarded ads, such as “Keep going” or doubling a gift, when you choose to. The whole game stays playable without them.

Tracking permission on iOS: on Apple devices, the system tracking prompt is shown for personalised ads. If you don’t allow it, the app works normally.

3. Online leaderboard and friends (Google Firebase)

The leaderboard and friends features run on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). You don’t need an account: the app creates a random anonymous user ID for your device, which is not linked to your email, phone number or real name.

This data is used only to provide the leaderboard and friends features; it is not used for advertising and is never sold. It is stored on Google servers in the European Union region (eur3). Firebase privacy and security.

4. In-app purchases

The app offers optional products such as an ad-free version, outfit packs and gems. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store; your card details, name and billing address never reach us.

To verify purchases and let you restore them on another device, we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated anonymous user number, the product bought, the purchase date and transaction number, your device platform and store country. This is used only to deliver your purchases; it is not used for advertising and is not sold. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Gems and stars can only be used in the game, have no cash value and are non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to the rules of the store you bought from.

5. Information we don’t collect

We don’t collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise (GPS) location, contacts, photos or card details. The app contains no analytics tool of our own.

6. Your control over your data

7. Retention

Data on your device stays there until you uninstall the app. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to let you restore purchases and to meet legal obligations. Leaderboard, profile and friends data is kept until you ask for it to be deleted; weekly leaderboards only show the current week. Retention of advertising data is governed by Google’s policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (KVKK in Türkiye, GDPR in Europe, CCPA/CPRA in California), you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing and request a copy. To exercise these rights, contact us by email.

Our legal bases: your consent for personalised advertising (where required), performance of a contract to deliver purchases and to provide the leaderboard and friends features, and legitimate interest to run the game and prevent fraud.

9. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe this has happened, please contact us.

10. International transfers

The services we use (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, RevenueCat) run on global infrastructure, so your data may be processed on servers outside your country (e.g. in the United States). These transfers are covered by the providers’ standard contractual clauses.

11. Security

Data sent by the app is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

12. Changes to this policy

When a new feature that processes data is added to the app, this policy will be updated and the “last updated” date will change.
